    2. No flaming. No doxing; This includes posting pictures of people to find out their name, etc. No harassment or stalking of any kind to members of the site. If someone does not want to chat, leave them be. Infractions and a possible ban depending on severity will be in order.

    3. Content of animals being abused will be removed. (This includes: torture, gagging, forced sex, gerbiling, large insertions, rough sex, or anything to cause harm)

    HELPFUL TIPS:
    EXIF Data:
    Removing EXIF data.
This is data that is used in photos and videos to detail specifications, such as the camera that was used, GPS (If enabled/equipped), serial number of the device used, etc.
It's easy to remove EXIF data by using the right software.

    EXIF Purge (Windows & Mac)
    www.exifpurge.com
A simple, to the point EXIF remover.
For linux users. I'm sure there's something for Linux users... But I'm not aware of any kind of software. If anyone does. Let me know!

REMOVING EXIF DATA FOR VIDEOS. THE SIMPLE WAY. How to view, edit, and remove EXIF Data including location on Windows
    1. Go to the folder where your image is located.
    2. Right-click the image > click Properties.
    3. Click the Details tab.
    4. Click Remove Properties and Personal Information.
    5. Then you can click Create a copy with all possible properties removed for a copy of the photo with EXIF data stripped.
    6. Alternatively you can edit metadata by clicking Remove the following properties from this file OK.
    Making your own content:
    • Of course, using common sense is the main thing here. Be sure easily identifiable items are not seen, or mistakenly in view.
    • It's advised to try not to have your face in any shot, as well as animals.
    • Use usernames that are not easily identifiable. In other words, don't use the same username as you do elsewhere if you don't want to be discovered. (This includes, not using an email address as a username.)
    • Same goes for emails. No one would be able to see your email on this site, besides admins.
    • We suggest members do not upload pictures of yourself or other people.

Learn more about protecting yourself in our Security Thread.

    Content Rights Policy:

Zooville.org is a free resource and will remain so, we will not attempt to commercialize any content uploaded to zooville.org.
Please see our Privacy and Terms Policy.

    How much can you upload?
You can upload up to 5 images per post. Formats: gif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, png
Images are capped at 10MB and 10,000 x 10,000 pixels

Max upload size for videos is 100MB. Formats: avi, flv, m4v, mkv, mov, mp4, mpeg, mpg, webm, wmv
If video formats are larger than 100MB... You will need to use HJ-Split to split and upload the videos to the thread.
Where can I get HJ-Split? Use this link here.

MAKE SCREENSHOTS OF VIDEOS YOU UPLOAD
You can find some thumbnail makers for Windows online, such as Video Thumbnail Maker.

If you have questions, not sure on something, or anything. Please don't hesitate to contact an admin or moderator of this site.

    • As we will say on the forums, it goes the same on the chat. If a member does not want unsolicited pms. End the discussion. This includes coming just to hook up with users.

    Trouble Watching Videos?
Videos over 100Mb uploaded to Zooville.org need to be split with HJ-Split. You can tell a video has been split if it end with a three number suffix such as .001, .002, ect. Once the video has been reassembled, you'll need the appropriate video and audio codecs in order to play it. Many devices and players (such as QuickTime) do not contain a large variety codecs by default. If your having trouble playing videos, Zooville.org recommends you download and attempt to play them with VLC Media Player.

THESE RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

It seems you need to whitelist which file types you'd like to allow, other than images in vbulletin. I've added video file types now, but this has uncovered another issue with larger uploads. I'm looking into it now and it'll be fixed in a day or two. I'll make a post when its fixed detailing file size upload limits. (It'll be fairly large, none of this 10MB limit stuff like BF)

Larger / video uploads should now work. Max upload size
          for video is 100MB.

Use hj-split for now. I'm working on a solution now that won't require up-loaders to split their large video files.

There should be away of raising the limits in php and the web server. Such as the time out settings for uploading... I don't think there's many HQ videos out there that reach 1GB honestly.

Thanks to all of you who have taken the time and effort to not only put this site together, but to moderate it in such a way that it a safe and enjoyable place to visit. I really appreciate the tone of the rules and there clearly was a lot of thoughtful discussion behind them.

                      Cheers guys!

Hello Staff! I love this site and am very happy that you all took the time to make it! Is it possible to restrict the viewing of content for people who have not logged in? I noticed that there is quite a bit that someone can see before they are authenticated to the site and to me that presents a risk. People could learn a lot about members just by browsing content from the home page without being logged in. Just my two cents.

That should be already be set. I'm able to see error messages that I need to be logged in to view content.
